Both our UK and Japan offices meet and exceed these legal demands, with staff qualified in Japanese travel law and accustomed to the exacting requirements of the Japanese travel industry.

We are a fully licensed and bonded tour operator, a proud member of the Japanese Association of Travel Agents and hold an Air Travel Organisers License (ATOL) no. 6977 issued by the UK Civil Aviation Authority. The details of your financial protection provided by Travel and General Insurance Company are stated below. Please note that the protection is worldwide for all our clients regardless of where you are resident. UK clients also have protection for flight packages as well.

Total Payment Protection (topp) Policy cover:

In compliance with the UK Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 and the Civil Aviation (Air Travel Organiser’s Licensing) Regulations 1995 an insurance policy has been arranged with Travel & General Insurance Company plc to protect customers’ prepayments paid in respect of:

  1. flight inclusive packages commencing and returning to the UK
  2. the ground handling aspects of packages where the customer is responsible for arranging travel to the destination offered on this website (subject to the terms of the insurance policy), for:
    1. a refund of such prepayments if customers have not yet travelled
    2. making arrangements to enable the holiday to continue if customers have already travelled or repatriation of customers to the UK in the unlikely event of our financial failure.
